Allotment to PG medical degree, diploma courses

The single-window system of allotment to Post Graduate Medical Degree/Diploma courses has started and candidates have been asked to register their options on the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in before 5 pm on Wednesday.

Candidates who do not register their options within the stipulated time will not be considered for allotment under any circumstances, the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) said.

Before registering their options, candidates can download and take the printout of the admit card by providing the details such as application number, date of birth, NEET-PG 2012 Testing ID and the password created at the time of submission of online applications.

The admit card bears a roll number and a key number which the candidate can use for option entry process. The roll number and key number are candidate-specific, which are available only to the candidates and should not be disclosed to others who may misuse it, the CEE said.

According to the admission schedule, the first allotment will be done on July 11. Candidates who get allotment should remit the fee shown in the allotment memo at selected branches of State Bank of Travancore on July 12 and 13.

All candidates should join the course and college to which they are allotted along with the required documents and fee receipt between July 15 to 17. Colleges have to submit non-joining report to the CEE before 5 pm on July 18.

Candidates who do not remit the prescribed fees or take admission will lose their allotment as well as the claim for further online allotments. No extension of time for reporting to the college will be granted under any circumstances.

The candidates are liable to pay admission fee as prescribed by the university concerned at the time of admission, the CEE said.
